NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of July, 2011, in Civil Action No. 08-03129-CA, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which LUZ ACEVEDO and OSCAR L. ARENAS are the Defendants, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-10 TRUST FUND, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of August, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 7, Building E, Furse Lakes Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1600, Pages 790 through 862, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
