Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Ex parte order resetting sale of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 18, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK 5, OF TIMBERLAND SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7508 POND VIEW COURT, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 2, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
