Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the order Granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered July 13, 2011 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 39, BLOCK 96, DAVIS ISLAND, THE COUNTRY CLUB SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 108 Chesapeake Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on August 16, 2011, at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
