NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011617 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is the Plaintiff and ainsley daux are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the second floor, rooms 202, of the George Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida, at on the 23 day of August, 2011, 10:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 2, KINGSWAY PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
