Sale of the above referenced real property shall be held by the Clerk of the circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, at a public sale on August 18, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash, at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Second Floor in Rooms 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this action on February 11, 2008, and pursuant to Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Total Sum Due and Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in this action on July 14, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
