NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 12, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-19744 DIV D UCN: 292009CA019744XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ELLINGTON TRUST SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and JENNIFER ANN COULTER; ROY ALAN COULTER; WMHLI TRANSFER INTERIM LP AS SUCCESSOR TO FLEET REAL ESTATE FUNDING CORP.; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 25 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
