NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 14, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-13577-CC-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BINH M. NGO, HOA N. NGUYEN and CIT LOAN CORPORATION, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2 p.m. at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 19 day of August, 2011 the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Block 6, Brentwood Hills, Tract F, Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
