THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARIA P. SOUZA A/K/A MARIA D. SOUZA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK A, OF PROVIDENCE LAKES PARCEL”P”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, AT PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
