Tract beginning 50.00 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 17 East, run South 310.00 feet and West parallel to the North boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 , a distance of 184.71 feet; thence North parallel to the East boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the South line of right-of-way of Bill Jackson Road; thence Northeasterly along the Southerly right-of-way line of Bill Jackson Road to the POINT OF BEGINNING, all lying in Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS the East 8.00 feet thereof in use as right-of-way of Webb Road.
