Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 20, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
BUILDING 6 UNIT 308, OF THE PINNACLE OF CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15696, PAGE 1336, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5614 PINNACLE HEIGHTS CIRCLE , TAMPA, FL 33624; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 25, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
