NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated the July 18, 2011, and entered in Civil Action No. 08-11521, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the above-named Plaintiff and Defendant(s) were the parties, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 2nd Floor Room 201 or 202, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida, at 10 a.m. on the 2 day of September 2011, the following described property:
Lot 10, Block 13, COVINGTON PARK - PHASE 3A/3B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 40, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
