NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-011691 of the Circuit Court of the of the Thirteenth Jidicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 22 day of August, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 16, BRANDON-VALRICO HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
