NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 07, 2010, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-031197 (F) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff, and JOHN B. SHAFFER, DEBORAH L. SHAFFER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 n/k/a LES HOOD, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10 AM, on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN WEST 250 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 140 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE SAID SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID EAST BOUNDARY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
