NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-027008-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANDRES REYES and CHRISTINA REYES, TRUSTEES OF THE REYES FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST UTD JUNE 4, 2009 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 19 day of August, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 45, Block A, Providence Lakes @ Peppermill III, per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 28 as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
