NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of December, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-20263 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANKATLANTIC is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY C. TURNER, SHERRY R. TURNER, TURNER CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC. and JEFF SULLIVAN are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 24, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Room 202, Tampa, FL, the following described property as set forth in said Final of Foreclosure, to wit:

For a Point of Reference commence at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence proceed North, an assumed bearing, along the East boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 35 for a distance of 544.50 feet; thence South 89º57'50” West along the North boundary of the South 544.50 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 35 for a distance of 25.00 feet to the West Right of Way line of Kingsway Road; thence proceed North along said West Right of Way line of Kingsway Road (being 25 feet West of and parallel with the East boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of stated Section 35) for a distance of 383.92 feet to a point situate South 198.00 feet from the intersection of said West Right of Way line of Kingsway Road with the Southerly Right of Way line of U.S. Highway 92 (said Southerly Right line being 40 feet, measured perpendicular, from the centerline); thence South 83º51'05” West for a distance of 134.58 feet; thence North 11º59'04” West for a distance of 4.49 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of herein described parcel; thence continue North 11º59'04” West for a distance of 155.00 feet to the Southerly Right of Way line of U.S. Highway 92, AKA State Road 600 (said Southerly Right of Way line being 60.00 feet, measured perpendicular from the centerline); thence South 77º50'49” West, along said Southerly Right of Way line for a Distance of 200.32 feet to the East boundary of the West 950.00 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 35; thence South 00º09'14” East along said East boundary for a distance of 132.00 feet; thence North 84º20'38” East for a distance of 228.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
