Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 21, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, IN BLOCK B, OAKWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 89, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6307 KING ST N, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 25, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
