HYLDA B. CICERO, an unmarried widow, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as unknown tenants in possession, MAYRE ANN MINARDI a/k/a MAYRE ANN CICERO, individually, and HYLDA BARROS CICERO, as personal representative of the estate of John E. Cicero, Sr.,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2011, entered in the above captioned action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, 2nd floor, George Edgecomb Courthouse, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 10AM on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOTS 1, 2, 3, THE EAST 34 FEET OF LOT 4, THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF LOT 10, AND THE NORTH 81 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 17, HIGHLAND PARK 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBlIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
