NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2011 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on December 1, 2011, at 10:00 AM, at 2nd Floor, Rm. 201/202 of George E. Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
LOT 12, BLOCK A OF SOUTH FORK UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 188 THROUGH 192, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
