NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-9175 DIV J UCN: 292008CA009175XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2004-09, is Plaintiff and NOBERTO GARCIA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 25 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

OF THE NORTH 171.5 FT, OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT; BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF WELLS SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 105 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA RUN NORTH 371.5 FT THENCE WEST 165 FT. THENCE SOUTH 371.5 FT THENCE EAST 165 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
