NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 19, 2011and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-003194-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and GINO SEDILLO; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JUSTYNA MUSIAL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A PAVAL HRACKA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
