Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.:58-2009-CA-020663 NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is Plaintiff and JERZY GUSTEK and AGNIESZKA KRZYCZKOWSKA are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 am on October 17, 2011 on http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE SW CORNER OF NW 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUN NORTH ALONG SECTION LINE 613 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE EAST 974 TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 400 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID TRACT; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO SECTION LINE 50 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE EAST PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION 195 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE SEABOARD AIR LINE 100 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 51.2 FEET MORE OR LESS TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION 205 FEET TO SW CORNER OF SAID TRACT. SUBJECT TO EASEMENT AGREEMENT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004196269, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
