NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009479 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC is the Plaintiff and ANETA PRUSZYNSKA, THE WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANETA PRUZYNSKA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZBIGNIEW SKWAREK, ZBIGNIEW SKWAREK IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, JANE DOE, and JOHN DOE, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22 day of August, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, THE WOODS, UNIT II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 38, 38A AND 38B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
