NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009353 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARSHA A. WOLAK A/K/A MARSHA WOLAK, JOHN DOE N/K/A RYAN ADAMS, JANE DOE N/K/A SARAH ADAMS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARSHA A. WOLAK A/K/A MARSHA WOLAK IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 908, 20TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 8 AND 8A THROUGH 8K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
