NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012622 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and GABOR CSIKI, AGNES CSIKI, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17 day of October, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11101 AND 11102, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 42, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
