NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 11th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001832 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY G ROSENTHAL; CENTURY BANK FSB; SOUTH CREEK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROBERTA L F ROSENTHAL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 64, SOUTH CREEK, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 15 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Together with that portion of Lot 59, SOUTH CREEK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 15 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 64, of said SOUTH CREEK; thence N 12Ëš 10' 40” W along lot line, 106.25 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 64; thence N 77Ëš 49' 20” E, into Lot 59 of said SOUTH CREEK, 11.10 feet; thence S 12Ëš 10' 40” E, 104.67 feet; thence S 69Ëš 43' 36” W, 11.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
