NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 14th day of June, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016905 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOYCE J. MINKLEY; PARK VIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOYCE J. MINKLEY; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1, BUILDING 960, PARK VIEW CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005108535, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
