Unit 8-A, Dolphin Tower, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Pages 269 through 387, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and that certain Certificate of Surveyor for Dolphin Towers Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1069, Page 290, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert L. Wunker, Esquire, of RUTHERFORD MULHALL, P.A.
