NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 19, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.com, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following real and personal property more particularly described as:
Lot 17, Block 1006, TWENTY FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 9, 9A through 9I, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH: all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2011-CA-006920-NC now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
