NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 20th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006104 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR5 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and MARCEL OLDJA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCEL OLDJA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
