NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014762 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and MARK OWEN REED A/K/A MARK REED, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., PAULA MARIE PIETRUCHA A/K/A PAULA M. PIETRUCHA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22 day of August, 2011,at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
LOT 32, BLOCK 26, SECOND ADDITION TO NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT OBOK 19, PAGES 44, 44A THROUGH 440, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
