NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S EX PARTE MOTION TO CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE SCHEDULED FOR JULY 19, 2011 AND TO RESET FORECLOSURE SALE TO A DATE NO SOONER THAN SEPTEMBER 23, 2011 entered on JULY 18, 2011 in Case No. 2008-CA-000584NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 23, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 215, OF RIDGEWOOD ESTATES 9TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
