Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2011, entered in the above-styled Case Number 2011 CC 000917 NC in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
An undivided 1/51st Interest in and to Condominium Unit(s) 116 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restriction and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS SECTION II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1531, Pages 220 thru 300, amended in O. R. Book 1754, Pages 1782 thru 1783, amended in O.R. Book 1797, Pages 1249 thru 1250 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 12 and 12A thru 12D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to occupy the aforesaid unit during unit week no. 28 and week no. 29, it being agreed and understood by purchasers herein that all other weeks of each year are assigned to owners of other undivided interests in the above mentioned unit(s) or to the owners association.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on September 9, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court.
