NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016727 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and SCOTT W. CLINE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR GB HOME EQUITY, LLC, SANDRA C CLINE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) NKA BRUCE CLINE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22 day of August, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, SPRING OAKS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 47, 47A THROUGH 47C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
