NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-020109 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ISAC 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3. is the Plaintiff and PAULA RAHAL PINTO, SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MARTONIO PINTO, HECTOR J. CHEVERE TORRES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of August, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING 4, SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7827, PAGE 2548, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
