NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037150 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL RIVERA, ERICA SANTONI, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR SECURITYNATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, MOSS PARK RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL RIVERA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERICA SANTONI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of August, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, MOSS PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 83 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
