NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated July 14, 2011 in the above-styled cause, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 127, BLK 2, STONEYBROOK WEST UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 134, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida (street address: 1418 Selbydon Way, Winter Garden, Florida 34787).
