NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 21st day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-31921, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ERIC CHARLES EVANS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC CHARLES EVANS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A portion of Lot 40, LAKE DAVIS HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book G, Page 71, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida being more particularly described as: Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 40 run thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along the West right of way line of Emerald Lane, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence North North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 75.00 feet to the South right of way line of Catherine Street; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds East along said South right of way line a distance of 500.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
