Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-010665-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and KAROLYN L. KRUGER, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 79, STONEBRIDGE LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 131 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
