NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-053329 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Mateo Chora-Lopez, Matilde Agustin Lopez, H&R Block Bank, Silverado East Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
