Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22nd day of January, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-060215 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of america, national association, as successor by merger to lasalle bank, n.a., as trustee for wamu mortgage pass-through certificates, series 20006-ar19 trust is the Plaintiff and michael hashek and wendy hashek, husband and wife; sabal pointe at majestic palms section iii condominium association, inc.; sabal pointe at majestic palms recreation association, inc.; unknown parties in possession #1; and unknown parties in possession #2 are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
condominium unit no. 1603, building 16, phase 3, sabal pointe at majestic palms section iii, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in official records instrument no. 2006000346302, as amended by amendment to declaration, as recorded in official records instrument no. 2006000406357, as amended by amendment to declaration as recorded in official records instrument no. 2006000406358, of the public records of lee county, florida. together with an undivided interest in the common elements and appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium (the “Residence”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
