NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-056019 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Anita Poulin and Normand L. Poulin, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
condominium unit no. 112, of veranda condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 1671, page 4645 through 4681, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida, as amended by first amendments thereto, dated may 14, 1984, and as recorded in official records book 1726, page 1745, and as amended in official records book 1911, page 1798, all of the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
