YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for Foreclosure. The action involves real property in Lee County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Lots 65 and 66, Block 3846, CAPE CORAL UNIT 53, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 64, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, and is styled Iberiabank, as successor by merger to Century Bank, FSB v. Robert Viera a/k/a Roberto Viera Morales; Edith Maria Viera a/k/a Edith M. Viera Morales; Unknown Heirs of Rober Viera, a/k/a Roberto Viera Morales; Rosa Maria Digiovanni, a/k/a Rosa Maria Perez; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; W.B. Construction Company; and American Express Travel Related Services, Inc.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Jason R.
