NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36 2010 CA 052174, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2004 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-NC6 is the Plaintiff and KENNETH BOUTON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH BOUTON, AMELIA DANSKY, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDWIN A. ROLON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
