NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed April 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-053060 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC is Plaintiff, and GEORGE F. MAIER, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-138, DEL PRADO PARK TOWNHOUSES SENIOR CITIZEN CONDOMINIUM F/K/A DEL PRADO PARK TOWNHOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 581, PAGE 200, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; AS RESTATED AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4691, PAGE 596 AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMNEDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPRETAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
