NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed May 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-062452, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA5 is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL ZIGMONT A/K/A MICHAEL J.ZIGMONT, BRENDA SPENCER and UNKNOWN TENANTS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 17 day of June, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
