NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-003625-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee under Securitization Servicing Agreement Dated as of February 1, 2007 Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BC2, Plaintiff and Elizabeth Clark are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 87, GROVE LAKE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 48 AND 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
