NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-058433 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and John D'Andrea, Mary Ellyn D'Andrea, Tenant #1 n/k/a Thorin Schell, The Tides at Pelican Landing Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 22 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
