NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 12, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-12940-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WHITNEY NATIONAL BANK is the plaintiff and DEJOHN, LLC, DENNIS M. KESSLER, MARY K. KESSLER, JOHN E. MURRAY and DENLEE, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on the 15th day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 105, Map of Sutherland, according to the map or plat thereof, as filed for record on March 26, 1899, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
