Notice is hereby give, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff entered in this cause on the 29th day of April, 2011 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the properties situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, LESS THE EAST 17 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 28 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 1, RUSSELL PARK, LESS THAT PART LYING WITHIN THE NORTH 50 FEET OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS PREVIOUSLY CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG FOR STREET PURPOSES AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 450, PAGE 281, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, and commonly known as 4034 5TH AVENUE NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33713; and
LOT 10, WEST BAY MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, and commonly known as 1564 ADELE PLACE, LARGO, FL 33770;
including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 28th day of June, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
