Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in this cause on May 3, 2011, and the Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Judicial Sale filed on May 18, 2011, the undersigned will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38, Block 7, Unit 7, Lehigh Estates, a Subdivision of Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 87, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Less and except that portion of said Lot 34 conveyed to Lee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida by Warranty Deed recorded in Instrument #2005000046581 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH at 9:00 AM on July 6, 2011 at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
